Herefordshire & Worcestershire Construction Training Group (H&WCTG) is a Limited company and was established in 2018. It is a not for profit membership organisation primarily funded by CITB. 

H&WCTG employs a Group Training Manager to take care of the day to day running of the Group and support members. The Group's work is overseen by four volunteer Officer's: Chairman; Vice Chairman; Secretary and Treasurer. The current Chairman is Laurence Speller of Speller Metcalfe.

The Group exists simply to support large and small construction companies alike and offers a schedule of heavily discounted (sometimes completely funded) training for its members and can also source solutions to bespoke training. The Group also supports careers events to engage young people, encouraging them to choose the construction industry as their career choice.
